Originally from the City of Novosibirsk, Russia, Victor
began his education in Siberia at the Faculty of Law, Tomsk
State University. Victor then transferred to Moscow
and eventually emigrated to the United States where he obtained
his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from
Walla Walla College.
Victor was called to the Ontario Bar in 2007. He obtained
his LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he was the recipient
of the Raphael Partners Prize for the Highest Academic Standing
in Tort Law. Victor practices corporate commercial litigation
and family law. He also practices in a variety of other
areas including real estate, estate and employment law. |
