David Brooker has represented clients ranging from individuals to multinational corporations in all areas of litigation including those involving corporate shareholders, contracts and commercial leasing, enforcement and defence of mortgage collections, will and intestate disputes, and actions arising under the Construction Lien Act.  Additionally, David’s practice in insolvency and bankruptcy matters has him representing parties with various positions in this area including trustees in bankruptcy, creditors, debtors and bankrupts.

David has appeared in all levels of court in the province of Ontario as well as the Supreme Court of Canada, and many administrative tribunals including the Ontario Municipal Board, various Committees of Adjustment, and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board Appeal Tribunal.
